By accepting this term, I express my free and unequivocal consent for my personal data to be processed by Promobi Consulting, hereinafter referred to as CONTROLLER, in accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD) – Law No. 13,709.

The processing of my personal data is necessary for the commercial relationship established with the CONTROLLER and includes the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of the information , modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction, for the purposes below:

1. Allow identification and contact between the CONTROLLER and the Holder for commercial relationship purposes.
2. Enable the provision of services and preparation of reports by the CONTROLLER.
3. Allow the sending or supply of the CONTROLLER's products and services, for remuneration or free of charge.
4. Feed the PARENT COMPANY's internal customer database.
5. Use the data in Market Research.
6. Use the data in the registration, dissemination and awarding of campaigns or events promoted by the CONTROLLER.
7. Use the data for the purposes of the CONTROLLER's Communication.
8. Issue contracts, invoices and related financial documents.
9. Facilitate the provision of services beyond those contracted, as long as the customer is interested in contracting new services.
10. Maintain a customer database for future product/service offerings.
I declare to be aware that information referring to credit card identifiers will not be collected, stored or shared by the CONTROLLER, as it will be provided directly to the payment intermediary and credit card operator.

With regard to data security, the CONTROLLER will adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, inappropriate or illicit communication or treatment.

The CONTROLLER may share the Holder's personal data with other data processing agents, if necessary for the provision of the contracted service, respecting the principles and guarantees established by Law No. 13,709.

Personal data will be processed by the CONTROLLER during the period in which they are relevant to the scope of the purposes listed in this term, respecting the common interest of the parties. If requested, the data may be deleted, however, this may prevent the continuation of the provision of products or services by the CONTROLLER.

As Data Subject, I have the right to request the CONTROLLER, at any time and upon request, for the following actions in relation to the processed data:

1. Confirmation of the existence of the treatment.
2. Data Access.
3. Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
4. Anonymization, blocking or elimination of data that is unnecessary, excessive or treated in violation of the LGPD.
5. Portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, respecting commercial and industrial secrets.
6. Deletion of personal data processed with consent, except in cases provided for by law.
7. Information from public and private entities with which the CONTROLLER shared the use of data.
8. Information about the possibility of not giving consent and about the consequences of the refusal.
9. Revocation of consent, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 13,709.

By accepting this term, I am aware that my personal data will be treated by the CONTROLLER in accordance with what has been established in this legal notice.
